1. These terms

By using this website or contacting us you accept these terms. They are between you and Masoud Mandavi Jewelry LLC, Al – Satwa Roundabout, Al Bada’ – Dubai.

2. Prices and the gold rate

The rate strip shows the spot market gold rate converted to AED per gram. It is indicative market information, not an offer of sale, and it does not include stone value, watch pricing or any applicable charges.

The price of a gold piece is its weight multiplied by the rate applied at the moment of sale, plus the making charge for that piece. Weighing is done in front of you, and the full figure is confirmed before you pay.

All prices are in AED and include VAT where it applies. Prices change with the market and are only fixed once payment is taken.

3. Product information

Photographs show actual stock. Most pieces are one of a kind, so an item may sell in the showroom while it is still listed here.

Weight, size, purity and condition are confirmed with you before purchase. Reference codes shown on this site are internal stock references.

4. Orders placed online

An online order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment has been received. If the piece has already sold, or the price shown was affected by a rate or listing error, we will contact you and refund in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and cash or card in the showroom. We never take payment through WhatsApp links other than our own checkout page, and we never ask for card PINs.

6. Collection and delivery

Orders can be collected from the showroom with photo identification matching the order. Where delivery within the UAE is agreed, items travel insured and a signature is required on receipt.

Risk passes to you on collection or delivery.

7. Exchange, return and buy-back

Unworn pieces in their original condition, with the receipt, may be exchanged or credited within 7 days of purchase. Gold is taken back by weight at the rate applying on the day of return, which may be higher or lower than the rate you paid.

Engraved, altered, resized and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. Watches are accepted back only after inspection. Nothing here affects rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Hallmarking and authenticity

Our gold is hallmarked and tested to UAE purity standards. Where a piece or watch comes with certification or papers, they are handed over with it.

9. WhatsApp enquiries

A quote given on WhatsApp is based on the rate at that moment and is valid on the day it is given. It does not reserve the piece; stock is held only against a paid deposit.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, accident, alteration or normal wear.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
