We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you enquire: your name, phone number, and the content of your WhatsApp messages, including any photographs of items you send us.

When you order on this website: your name, contact details, delivery address, order contents and payment confirmation (card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us).

When you browse: basic technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location, used to keep the site working and to understand which pieces get attention.

3. Why we use it

To answer enquiries and quote gold by weight against the day’s rate; to prepare, take payment for and deliver orders; to arrange exchanges, buy-backs and after-sales service; and to keep the sales records UAE law requires us to keep.

If you tick the box asking for it, to send you the daily gold rate on WhatsApp. You can stop that at any time by replying STOP.

4. Services we rely on

WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta) and are subject to its own privacy terms. The gold rate strip calls a market-data provider (MetalpriceAPI) — no personal information is sent with that request. The showroom map is embedded from Google Maps. Online orders run on our WordPress and WooCommerce site with its hosting and payment providers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for the shop, the cart and your language choice to work, and may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the shop may not work correctly without the necessary ones.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry conversations: up to 24 months after the last message. Sale, exchange and buy-back records: for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires (currently five years).

7. Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent.

Write to us on WhatsApp at +971 52 281 8505 or come to the showroom with identification, and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and we never ask for card numbers or PINs over WhatsApp. Payment happens only at our official checkout or in the showroom.

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date.
